Dr. Ronald J. Taddeo was President of the Lake County Blue Coats for 30 years until he passed away in 2019. In recognition of his dedication and tremendous impact on the community and the organization, the Lake County Blue Coats decided to name our college scholarships in his honor. The Ronald J. Taddeo Memorial Scholarships provide children of first responders with assistance in meeting the cost of a college education. While we would like to provide assistance to all the children of first responders, we are only able to assist a few each year. If you have a parent currently serving in our safety services, we encourage you to apply. The deadline to apply is April 30th.
